We crossed northern Idaho, with a brief stop in the historic, charming town of Wallace, before heading into Washington State where we gained one hour, which brought us back to our home time zone. With our previous good fortune of dispersed camping on BLM land, we decided to try one more at an old farm called Folsom Farm Recreation Area. This one did not compare well with Schnell or Divide Creek, but it was free and offered a quiet place to unwind by an old farmstead, with lots of photo opportunities.

The terrain looks a lot like the Okanagan desert. This must be south of the Okanagan?
When do you expect to be home again?
Cheers, Lothar
Good observation. Yes, south east of the Okanagan in N WA. About 250km directly south of Trail, BC.
We get home tomorrow afternoon! It’s been an awesome trip but we can’t wait to get home! : )
